How much does shipping cost and how fast is it?

Shipping within Germany costs €5.95 and is free from €49.00. EU destinations start at €13.90. Items in stock are shipped within 4–5 workdays; you see the exact costs before you order.

Are KÖNITZ mugs dishwasher- and microwave-safe?

Yes — in general all KÖNITZ products are suitable for household dishwashers and microwaves. Only mugs with real gold or platinum decoration must not go into the microwave.

What is the difference between Fine Bone, Basic Bone and porcelain?

Bone china contains calcium phosphate, which makes it especially white, light and translucent — Fine Bone is the finest quality. Classic porcelain is dense, very hard and taste-neutral. Every product page lists the material.

Where are the mugs made?

KÖNITZ has been making mugs since 1909. Products are made at all KÖNITZ group locations — also in Germany — while design development and the printing of the decals take place in Germany.

Can I return my order?

Yes. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details are in our withdrawal policy.

Which payment methods can I use?

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Pay by Bank. All payments are processed via secure, encrypted providers.

Do mugs come gift-wrapped?

Many designs — e.g. the Wunderbar and ARTselection mugs and all gift sets — come in a gift box. Use the “Gift box” filter to see them all.

Can I order custom mugs with our logo?

Yes — promotional mugs with your logo or message are available from 96 pieces. Use the mug configurator to request a quote.
